Greyton Trip - 14/15 Aug: 10 Maties set of on Saturday for Greyton on a 115km journey there and then back on the Sunday. Fantastic accommodation and braai, thanks to Carel, helped making this a fantastic trip! Next on the agenda will be a weekend in the Cederberge so stay in contact.

Die Burger MTB Challenge - 31 July: Christiaan Kriek achieved his best result of the year with a 5th place in Die Burger MTB in Stellenbosch. CM Muller finished 9th and Chris Wolhuter 12th. Janneke Leask managed a 2nd place in the ladies category.

Knysna Oyster Festival: Erik Kleinhans finished 10th in the mtb race with Christiaan Kriek and  CM Muller in 14th and 15th position. In the road race Erik and Christiaan managed 13th and 14th.

Outdshoorn Inter-provincial - 12-17 June: A few Maties represented Boland against the WP, EP and the Southern Cape. The Maties dominated the elite category with victories in all the races. The ladies and U23 riders had a bit more competition, but still managed to step on the top spot numerous times. Boland managed to finish 3rd at the end of the day behind the Southern Cape.

ABSA Cape Epic - 21-28 March: Well done to Erik Kleinhans, CM Muller, Chris Wolhuter on completing the 2010 ABSA Cape Epic!

Giro del Capo - 2-5 March: Well done to Thomas Roen who was the proud Latern Rouge of the 2010 Giro del Capo! Erik Kleinhans and Christo Swartz managed to finish the tour in 48th and 49th position respectively.

Bouckaert Soenen League - 21 Feb: Thomas Roen finished 7th in a big bunch sprint.

SA Road Champs - 20 Feb: Erik Kleinhans finished 12th in the 170km elite race.

SA TT Champs - 18 Feb: Erik Kleinhans finished 9th and Hanno Fourie 13th in the 38km elite tt.

Lighthouse to Lighthouse - 13/14 Feb: CM Muller (Fairbairn) won this fun, social and very sandy race in a tight fought battle!

Attakwas - 16 Jan: A few Matie club members challenged the extremely challenging race through the Attakwas Kloof! Well done to all who participated and Club members Renay Groustra (10th) and CM Muller (13th) for your top positions.

Tour de Drakenstein - 9/10 Jan: Well done to Matie Club Member for organizing this fantastic event! Hanno Fourie did a fantastic job to finish very close to the winner in 5th place on the hillclimb and 8th overall!

Coronation Double Century - 21 Nov: The GT SUSPI Maties Team finished in 5th place for a second year in a row in a time of 5h54! Well done to the team: Erik Kleinhans, CM Muller, Renay Groustra, Vickus Boshoff, Quinten Myburgh, Thomas Roen, Cobus Barnard, Andrew Smith, Willie Brink, Hanno Fourie, Nico Verhoef and Willem Srefontein!

Wine2Whales - 13-15 Nov: Erik Kleinhans won this fantastic three day event with Oliver Munnik! CM Muller also did not hold back and won the mixed category with Hanlie Boyens.

Cape Pioneer Trek - 19-24 Oct: Erik Kleinhans and Johnny Kritzinger wins the inaugural Cape Pioneer Trek!! CM Muller finished third overall with partner Lieb Loots.
